4.25¢ Per Minute Plan	6/18 billing - $25 combined minimum usage required*.
4.5¢ Per Minute Plan	6/30 billing - No minimum usage required, no monthly fee.

Step 2 - 5 working days later, you will receive your new toll free number via email.

Calls on the 3.9¢ plan are billed in full minute billing increments. Calls on the 4.25¢ plan are billed in 6-second increments with 18 second minimum. All calls on the 4.5¢ Plan are billed in 6 second increments with a 30 second minimum. Calls to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and USVI are 16.9 cents/min. Calls to Canada are 13 cents/min. Toll free in-bound calls are 20.9 cents/min FROM Puerto Rico and USVI, 24.9 cents/min FROM Hawaii and Alaska, 35 cents/min FROM Canada.
